THEME
Subverting tropes (i.e. Damsels in Distress, The Chick, etc.) focusing on HQ ladies and their stories in canonverse.Based on our IC results, there's been an influx of requests to change our zine to a more general zine focused on canonverse. The mods think the change to our theme makes sense since this is the first zine in a while about the Haikyuu ladies and we would like to give as much leeway as possible!-PRODUCTS
Zine (Physical + Digital): A5 size, perfect bound, 80 - 120 pages.

Allowed: non-canon ships may be somewhat implied but mostly gen/platonic, mentions of canon ships if necessary, male characters can be included but focus must be on the female character(s).
Pre-Timeskip Section: mostly canon-based, as we see a lot of pre-timeskip events canon. The content in this section can be considered as "filler". Some merch may be AU-based. 1 section head page artist, comic artist, 15 page artists, 4 writers, up to 5 merch artists.
Post-Timeskip Section: focused more on headcanons and canon divergent content. A continuation of canon's post-timeskip. Some merch may be AU-based. 1 section head page artist, 1 comic artist, 15 page artists, 4 writers, up to 5 merch artists.
Other Contributors: zine cover artist, planner cover aritst.
Zine Art: comics, spot illustrations, single illustrations.
Zine Writing: 1.5k-3k fanfics.
-CONTRIBUTOR COMPENSATION:
In this charity project, all contributors will receive at minimum all digital items for free, regardless of funds.Our aim is to provide all contributors with the full physical bundle (zine and merchandise) as well as cover shipping. As the zine is for charity, any profits over the break-even amount will be donated rather than split among contributors.Whatever we cannot afford for the contributors will be available at production cost- the contributors will also have to pay the extra shipping difference. All leftover funds after items have been shipped out safely to the customers, contributors, and mods will then be donated.

Both! We will be offering a physical zine book + digital pdf.Will the schedule go faster if you reach a certain amount of interest checks or will the date endline remain the same?
The schedule is unlikely to change regardless of the amount of entries we get from the IC form. This schedule is the one that best accommodates for our personal schedules, and allows preorders to open on Women's History Month.Is the zine for charity or for-profit?
The mods and the contributors voted and the chosen charity for our zine is the National Organization for Asians and Pacific Islanders Ending Sexual Violence.What are the general contributor requirements?
